Our clients privacy is extremely important to us!

SECTION 1:  Personal Information

What do we do with your information?

  • We collect the client’s personal information such as, picture I.D, name, address, email, phone and phone number, to apply to consent and release forms pertaining to the tattoo procedure only.
  • We will never share or sell our clients personal information.

SECTION 2: Consent Form

How do we obtain the clients consent?

  • Consent forms are provided to each client prior to the tattoo procedure stating they understand the terms and conditions of the tattoo procedure along with private studio policy. 

How do I withdraw from the consent form?

  • You must withdraw from service prior to procedure and the deposit is non-refundable.

SECTION 3: Marketing, photos & videos

What do you do with the photos and videos that you take?

  • Photos and videos are solely for marketing and visual purposes only. 

What if I refuse consent to use my photos and videos?

  • We respect our clients privacy and will not post or share any photos or videos.
